Plain terms for using telegrime.
The short version: telegrime is software for teams to manage contacts, pipelines and outreach on Telegram. You use it with your own Telegram account and you are responsible for how you message people. Paid plans renew until you cancel. Our orders are handled by Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
01Who we are
telegrime is operated by Yashvini Shukla, an individual based in the United Kingdom, trading as telegrime ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@telegrime.com. By creating an account or using telegrime you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
02What telegrime is
telegrime is a Telegram CRM and business development workspace for teams. It helps you keep contacts, run pipelines, use outreach templates, spot events and signals in your own chats, and generate AI summaries and reply drafts. It is business and community software only. It is not a crypto exchange, wallet or token, and it does not offer trading or investment services, or trading signals.
03Your account and your Telegram
- You connect your own Telegram account. You must be allowed to use it, and you must keep your access codes and sessions secure.
- Messages you send go out through your own Telegram account. You are responsible for following Telegram's terms of service and any anti-spam, marketing and data-protection law that applies to the people you contact.
- Do not use telegrime to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass anyone, impersonate anyone, or break the law. Telegram may limit or ban accounts that do this, and we are not responsible for action Telegram takes.
- You are responsible for the content and contacts you put into telegrime and for having the right to use them.
04Plans and prices
- Free: no charge.
- Pro: $29 per month or $290 per year, with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start the trial.
- Network: $399 per month.
- Enterprise: by written agreement with us.
Current prices and features are on the pricing page. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are. We may change prices or plans for the future; a change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice before it applies to your next renewal.
05Free trial, renewal and cancellation
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- The Pro free trial lasts 14 days and needs no payment details. If you do nothing, the trial ends without charge and your account returns to the Free plan. To continue on Pro, you add payment details; nothing is charged automatically at the end of a trial unless you have added a card. If you added a card during the trial, the first charge is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
06Payments and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms: Paddle buyer terms and the Paddle invoiced buyer terms. For billing, invoices, payment methods and refund processing, Paddle is your point of contact.
07AI features and fair use
- AI features (summaries, reply drafts, scans, auto-tagging) are subject to a monthly fair-use allowance that depends on your plan, shown in the app and on the pricing page. When you reach it, the heavier AI features pause until the allowance resets or you move to a higher plan.
- On some plans you can bring your own AI key. If you do, usage is billed to you by that AI provider and is subject to their terms.
- AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You are responsible for what you send.
- When you use an AI feature, a short excerpt of the relevant chat is sent to an AI provider to produce the result. See the privacy policy.
08Your data
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. You own your data. You can delete it from inside the app at any time.
09Our rights in the software
We own telegrime and its branding. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own team while your account is active. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or attack the service, or use it to build a competing product. Parts of telegrime that we release as open source are covered by their own licences.
10Suspension and ending
You can stop using telegrime at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why where we can. If you have paid for a period we then cut short without fault on your part, we will refund the unused part.
11Availability and liability
- We work to keep telegrime running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, or for action taken by Telegram or by any AI provider. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
- If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
12Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a material way we will update the date above and tell account holders, for example by email or in the app. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
13Governing law
These terms and any dispute connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
